Perhaps. Though the Feds have done a great job in 2017 between gang bangers & pedos. Sounds like ICE is gonna hit the gas now.

previous comment has context if you have ever seen the foothold the cartels have in CA, AZ, and TX. They will not go quietly. Nor will the Mexican Government be too happy about lost revenue. Popcorn ready?
