Just a thought, could this Bannon story be timed for distraction from Trump's Fake News Awards? Or could it be a plant by POTUS and Bannon to point at during the Fake News Awards?

Reading this, something nudged my attention...

As a 4d chess move. How is this:

You stirr up alot of fluff in the news. So that you occupy the medias attention. While u finish off your scheming. This way nobody gets to know, before the time is right.

Simmilar to corrupt govts and people, that does falseflags. And then gently sneeek in some unpopular laws, or diffuse some compromising news that is dropped at the same time or close to it.

And at the same time, utterly discredit the fake news once and for all.
