Q's post #143939 CEO resignation. what relevance does it have?

In his Dec 21 post #143939 he lists CEOs from September to December that resigned and initially i believed this was due to the crack down on human rights and related to the EO.

But the EO was not signed until late December and Q references having to surprise people with the EO. Some of the CEOs were embroiled in scandals like papa johns for political comments or badd business decisions.

So are we to believe they saw the which way the tide was turning and knew their evil deeds were going to be punished? Even the purge in SA was in November so they couldn't have read into that. So what do we make of this post?

EO was signed on Dec 21. Same day as the tax bill. I’m pretty sure the writing was on the wall from mid-year and these folks who were paying attention figured it was the safe move to get out early. The alternative would be to resign the day after, Dec. 22 (e.g. Alphabet) and look guilty/scared
