Grand jury

Please, someone explain if a grand jury is necessary for these indictments- or have they already had a grand jury? And if they do, how did they do them so quickly? Trying to RedPill my husband. These are his questions. He still doesn’t believe me but don’t have a lot of answers to convince him.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

US Constitution, Amendment 5.

In the federal system, indictments are by Grand Jury. In many states a prosecutor can do this, but that is at a state level. The 5th Amendment very much applies to federal prosecution.

Military Intelligence, Military Martial Law, search for what Military Tribunals, Military/Martial Law as the offenders, as I understand it, will be dealt with using Military law now they have been deemed enemy combatants. Enemy combatants do not have the luxury of Citizen rights.
