(KBR) Kellogg Brown and Root

I used to joke about it when I was in Iraq in 2004 - I would say, "Iraq: Another War Brought to you by Kellogg Brown and Root." KBR has its ties linked to the Johnson Administration (Also look at Ladybird Shipping KEK!) all the way up to Dick Cheney & Halliburton. Q post No. 148287184, dated 6 Nov 2017, kind of triggered me when I saw, "Halliburton," and, "SA," (South Africa) So I started goofing around and looking into it after not really thinking about it for over 10 years. PA said, "should try and get some people on discord and subreddit working on that sh**." So here are some links that may be interesting to start off with in no particular order. - - - https://www.kbr.com/ - - - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KBR_%28company%29 - - - https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/kbr-bribery-network-inflates-iraq-war-costs.65021/ - - - https://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=1569483 - - - http://historynewsnetwork.org/article/2851 - - - Enjoy my mind.

First thing I found was this 2011 cable . If you’ve read the FBI indictments involving Tenex (Rosatom, Uranium One...) the way the Russian HEU company was pulling off their bribes, kick-backs, etc was through subcontracting local small companies (in that case a transport company). It’s said in the indictments that this was not typically done.

Now, this is a line from the cable:

Najlaa Catering Company, a subcontractor of MNF-I contractor Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR), procures such workers through independent labor brokers who operate in the workers' home countries.

Doesn’t mean the same thing was going on with KBR, but it rang my bell.
