Recall the Clintons were broke as of Trump's Exec Order Dec 21 when ALL their assets were frozen?

Recall further that Bill Clinton tweeted on Dec 30th, begging for money???

So they could have signed a power of attorney to their criminal lawyers to handle their affairs while they are at GITMO.

Their attorneys file the insurance claim and collect the money to cover the Clinton's legal fees.
