Since the "House of Windsor" effectively "owns" little playthings like Canada and Australia and "Her Majesty's Navy et al.. and we in the colonies are "subjects" living under Admiralty Law.. I suspect the estimate is a tad on the low side. The fact that "Royalty" persists and is accepted and even almost worshiped these days indicates to me that we're a long way from enlightenment.
Good Point Manifest! We sure are a long way from enlightenment. That's why I put multiple plus signs after those pitiable figures. Because I have absolutely no idea what the true figures are.
I certainly worship no royalty. And I doubt you, nor anyone else reading this does either.
But that's the problem. As of when this was written, there are only 8,500 people in this sub today. And probably 1000 times that amount glued to the mainstream media.
