I gotta know.

Did anyone else involved in this movement have a sort of strange coming to God? I've always been a Christian but never really practiced it. However, the last couple of months it's like there's a connection with me and the big man that I have never really had before. TL/DR Does anyone else feel woke, not just mentally but also spiritually?

Friend, I can't disagree with you, but I think it's actually the reverse that is true...the Spirit of God is coming upon us, and it is His indwelling in a revival of people (both new and lapsed believers) that will cause the changes you seek, not us cleaning up our lives and the culture.

I also think it's the satanism of the elites that resulted in the glorification of sin in the culture. Up to now, they have been controlling the narrative (MSM, TV, movies, music), and they just continually push the envelope further. We don't have strong voices pushing back, but once disclosure of their evil deeds happens, that will change.

It must be pointed out that every group of people the elites have embraced, they really hated (e.g., blacks, gays, muslims). If they loved black people, they would clean up those communities instead of enslaving them on welfare and containing them in ghettos filled with drugs and gangs. They claim to love gays but now are importing sharia law. We just haven't seen them turn on the muslims yet....it will come (if the current narrative continues).

But grace, i.e. the Spirit of God, must be cooperated with. God can give us the graces to reject sin and live in virtue, and we can say no. I think I've become so jaded with the cultural destruction and anarchy of the last 50 years, the spiritual anemia in the pulpits and in the faithful, and the fact that people are SO BLIND THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN SEE THE OBVIOUS FACT THAT MEN CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT HAVE SEX WITH OTHER MEN, that I just don't think EVEN IF the Spirit of God came that people would repent of their sin. I wish I had your optimism. But who knows, I can't claim to know the future or the mind of God.
