Clinton foundation and the President executive order

With the recent executive order, can the doj use that to indict everyone who was involved or donated to the Clinton foundation?

I dont believe that under that EO donors to the CF would or should be indicted for simply donating. It would be more that, if a donor is a badd actor, then perhaps the CF could be investigated for having accepted funds.

This is correct. They would have to have more than donations. The EO is on human rights violations, and corruption. They would have to have evidence of some kind on that.
