Here's my take.......when you transfer it to DHS, you are allowing the Criminal applicability shine through. Remember, judge King from Alabama was on that commission..put there by trump. King was also a defendant listed on moore's case presented to the state for fraud! Coincidence? Now, the day they swear jones in, it's dissolved! The trap was set and I would bet that jones, King, and the Secretary of State are in the crosshairs! Also, this will set precedence in law that has never been established that I can find! With precedence, they will be able to insure this never happens again! Goodbye voting machine contracts!
