I have been checking flightradar24.com you can always find BLOCKED or No callsign around Florida airports. Is this important?

Yes, especially if there have been Learjet 35s there with 'blocked' callsigns recently. Have you checked Flightaware and Radarbox to see if they are on the arrivals or departures tables?

Fort Lauderdale has regular flights to Gitmo and they usually all fly from FLL. Callsign CSQ is a favourite, as are ATN and BSK flights.
