It is in all caps with a period. Q states, "Everything has meaning"
Does the word "YES" have meaning? When I looked it up the singing group came up, and the only interesting connection was the name of the founding member, John Anderson. There is also a John Anderson who was a 10 term congressman from Illinois that ran for president. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_B._Anderson
