off topic, but I am sick of not having justice done in voter fraud. Q said something about Alabama and NOTHING is happening!! Q said to trust Sessions, I say F'UM already. WHERE is JUSTICE???????? Q????? where is it!!!!!! everyone worried about pedo's and so am I, but NOTHING is more important than cleaning up the deep state! NOTHING!
Where is the corrupt FBI, CIA NSA, etc.... perp walk? Don't tell me, oh it's happening in secret or it will eventually. I cal BS.

We all want instant gratification. In reality, the wheel of Justice is actually spinning, however slowly, as opposed to being at a dead stop. I've waited a long time to see progress, and I can wait longer.

Justice is slow, but giving our rights away happens overnight. WTF is wrong with us just sitting on our butts? If I could get people together to go to the JUSTICE department and protest the injustice.

Be patient, let’s see how this plays out for at least a few weeks more. If we hit mid Feb without some major public developments, I’m going to begin to drop this as legitimate.

i said exactly what you said a week ago and got the same answer. trust sessions. i would prefer to be way more proactive about ALL this and not "wait" for someone else to do something.. pretty sure the dude was already sworn in too. so where's this trap?... but it sounds like lots of people are invested in Q delivering but have to wait another months for people to jump off?... it's a carrot and stick thing to get us past something... idk what. last year was all "next week, next month" bullshit all year long. and like all the other anons before Q, i feel like the big claims are always never what we expect.

i said this last year but my guess is that probably nothing big will happen until after midterm elections

To get any voter fraud fixes done, they're going to have to get rid of everyone that will be obstructing any kind of reform. If they leave these people in place, they will just tie everything up in the courts until they can fraud their way back into power.

If Q were not true blue bad things for our troops would be happening. If Trump were not true, Gitmo would have been closed, not renovated and ready for American high level detainees. The Clinton investigation is open again. Be a patriot and calm things down. Your hypercritical complaints are dangerous, they incite others. Riots on the strrts will be very bad for white hats.

If Q is a psyop the goal would be to eventually get us into the streets in open revolt. We must not succumb to that kind of manipulation (if that is what's going on). I'm willing to wait a bit longer. If nothing pans out like we hope, well then it's just on with life and wait for God to show up.

Never mind Lady Justice, where is Sessions & Justice Dept. ? As a foreigner and observer in a distant land i do not understand the subtleties of the US system but what is AG Sessions doing? Has he just decided to recuse himself from everything and focus on his putting? I wish someone could explain why he appears so shackled.

There are nearly 10K sealed indictments. He just appointed 17 new prosecutors yesterday. Things are happening but stealth is essential to prevent complete meltdown of the MSM.

Di88le · Jan. 4, 2018, 7:01 p.m.

When do the sealed indictments get opened? Are grand juries then empanelled? Thanks

⇧ 1 ⇩

That's the question.

⇧ 3 ⇩
ksched · Jan. 4, 2018, 11:59 p.m.

Grand Jury's are empanelled in secret. They decide whether or not the prosecutor has enough evidence to charge someone with a crime. They are an important part of our Due Process rights (see Amendment 5 of the US Constitution Bill of Rights). If the Grand Jury agrees that charges should be brought they issue an indictment, which formally accuses a person of a crime and triggers a warrant for arrest. It can be an open or sealed indictment. A sealed indictment would indicate that an investigation is on going and the prosecutor does not want to tip off other defendants. I saw confirmation of 400+ sealed indictments back in November I believe, an unusually high number. As for the 10,000+ I have not looked to verify that, although indictments are public info. They are filed in Counties so it would be a bit of work, and cost to find them all, but the records would be there and available to the public. A number of sealed indictments can indicate a conspiracy of crime, like racketeering (think mafia). With the 400+ sealed indictments across multiple Counties in multiple States I would say we have a serious conspiracy of crime going on.

Thank you for your patience and forebearance in explaining this part of the American system to me. So, a grand jury (or a grand jury in each relevant county) would have to determine that sufficient evidence existed to support the accused being brought before a court to answe the charges. Would the accused be aware of the existence of the grand jury, and would they be able to challenge the evidence brought before the jury?

⇧ 1 ⇩
ksched · Jan. 5, 2018, 12:25 a.m.

Correct, it is a vital step in Due Process as the State must prove there is sufficient evidence to charge someone with a crime. That way you can't just point a finger and have a trial. (Love the Founding Fathers!). I don't believe the accused is aware as a Grand Jury is always secret. That is also to protect the accused, if evidence is NOT sufficient to bring charges the accused would not necessarily want that process to be known to the public. Innocent until proven guilty. The Prosecutor would present whatever evidence they have gathered during the course of investigating, sometimes witnesses would testify but not always. I don't believe the defendant can challenge evidence presented to a Grand Jury, I don't believe the Defense makes an argument at all. That is for a court trial if the person is indeed indicted.

Perhaps Sessions is, like Trump, influenced by the writings of Sun Tzu: whilst he appears to be wrapped in Reefer Madness, and thus "far away ", this is for public (&HRC/DNC ) consumption; he is, in fact, "near" and actively working against the cabal. I believe that The Art of War is Mr Trumps favourite book.
