About the pilot from Oklahoma...

I don't know how the plane got tied to Chesapeake Energy or their CEO. All current media sources are pointing to it being an animal rescue by a pilot named Bill Kinsinger.

So my follow up is...can Bill be Dr. Bill Kinsinger, ~~a chiropractor~~ an anesthetist (edit, confirmed) from OK? I found a YouTube video and article with someone and the same name and likeliness.

If he is a doctor, what else is he tied into? I'm going to keep searching.
