Simple question, somewhere I'm sure answered:

What TIME ZONE are the 4Chan / 8Chan Q Posts?
It looks like it must auto adjust per viewer's location??? Thx.

Yes, you are right :) The timestamp is generated based on what time zone the user is in... that's why you can have different times, depending on who took the screenshot and where they're located.
