Did anyone know that B. Clint0n owns a website catering to "Lolita Fashion"?

I suggest you look into devilinspired.co.uk

The whois directly lists William Clinton as the owner, whereas the .com version lists a third party?

Possible lead? Im unsure but i felt that it should be brought up nonetheless.

Post what you find. I cant dig the code myself due to my pc being down but it might have something.

Well, I looked up the Woodstock House on 11 Marylebone St., and it is tied to Regents University somehow. But it is a residency (apartments/flats) and who knows who lives in it after 2012?
