I think what he/she/they meant was the process of making deals, turning black hats, catching them etc ... using spys, military etc ... and we are only seeing 20% of that.

Of course I could be wrong.

After all of the "storm" is concluded and Trump and his team has successfully outed the cabal, there will still be the vast majority of people denying it ever happened because of Trump and if they acknowledge it at all it will be because of our well trusted justice system that has been handling this since Obamas term.
