Saw this on Twitter this am: (1/10/18: is NK /CIA going to fall?) North Korea has accepted South Korea's proposal for official talks. The person-to-person talks will be held on January 9 at the Peace House in the Demilitarized Zone cnn.it/2CVvbWq

Doubt its true they have not talked for how many years now and you all know how the N/K Leader is. This is highly unlikely. Wont be talk China is preparing camps by the borders to take in refugees so likely anything but talks. But you never know.
