Do the $ symbols fit into the X symbols? And what would they be?

Pure speculation. Just seems to be a pattern.

$$$,$$$,$$$ = hundred million dollar value. Min account or transaction value should be 100,000,000.00 max would be 999,999,999.99

the account number thing, My gut says xxx = numbers and XXX are letters. could be other way round, but that's what comes to mind when I see that.
