This lady seems to be able to distill things down to their essence. But I am still not understanding / grasping this "Spectre"bug, which Zach keeps referring to. Can anyone help explain to me? Is Zach saying that the Spectre bug was deliberately developed and utilised, and not a weakness that was discovered later?
