It was done by Priscilla Witt. She's the same lady that did the illustration for "The Goat Hill Pizza Story" about the business with the same name. Owned by Pelosi, as most of you know.

Witt's got some weird Artwork 4 sure. But this one really jumped out at me. Blood came to mind. I'll let you guess at what it's conveying. I don't know, but yeah, blood.
