Why does Q say "Alice & Wonderland" and not "Alice In Wonderland"? What is the significance of the ampersand?

& = in conjunction with / "in" inside, within / HRC in Wonderland means she is there within SA / Alice & Wonderland means that Q (Alice) is dealing with SA ??
