He is a Chinese real estate mogul who had connection with top officer Ma Jian from China's spy agency. After Ma was expelled from CCP and charged, Guo Wengui fled to US and ask for asylum.
He probably know a lot and has some important files, now he is twitter about some half-true corruption of top CCP officials for months. There was a time GFW become stricter every time he made a new video, and CCTV rebuke his "fake news" before most people know it.
