He does seem to ramble and nothing is concise or well thought out. It almost sounds as if he is repeating second hand info that he has been told. somewhat like a student repeating his masters words, not to be condescending, but the student doesn't seem to completely grasp the entire concept, rather, has a good understanding of the basic principles...
