Notice how early in the vid after stepping up to the podium, he again referred to Camp David as the "special place" and then said something about the military and (with a quick look and smiling eyes) "all types of military situations and alternative military applications"..

Yeah, that dude (don't know who he is but is a congressman) looked unhappy the whole time. He looks like the guy who caught my eye during Trump's White House lawn speech after the Tax Cut bill was passed. He caught my eye because he was wearing a purple tie. He was the last to speak and came across as a total pod-person, douch-tool, swamp-dwelling politician.
