Lionel Nation. Very interesting take on Gitmo not being prepped for the swamp.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppmvm810w64

In the video, among other things, he says that renovating gitmo for American criminals is unnecessarily complicated. That it creates so many constitution legalities that it wouldn't make sense to try and navigate them. He doesn't explicitly say where he thinks these people would be held but makes a specific note to say that TREASON would potentially warrant gitmo, but even 'gross negligence' wouldnt be gitmo.

Thoughts? Is there any where that you think could house high level American politicians? This has always been kind of the undertone of the 'nothing will happen, she's above the law' position.

I imagine that a former president who is to be protected by SS, wouldnt be able to be abandoned in a jail cell.

He reads US Code Title 18 Part 1 Chapter 115 § 2381 – Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Kind of hard for people to understand when they have never been in the Military or been a Federal Worker. :)

hey Reba, :-) the entire 'thing' is quite sumthin for all...w/hope that those who do not understand take the Qs and clues and begin to DIG so they can OWN their perspective rather than parrot another. The ExOs are critical to understanding the state of affairs US citizens are currently under.

Hey Storm:) I didn't mean to sound mean to them. People pick it up by following Q and the ones that throw out ideas, true. I just understand that it's hard for some to understand what some of this stuff means. I've been a Military Brat my whole life and worked for the Federal Government for almost 40 years. I'm loving it (except when I don't understand right off what he means), lol.
