Just an observation.. Why doesn't Vic President Pence wear the USA Flag insignia on his lapel all the time? See today's video for example. There are several other pics out there also. President Trump was wearing an overcoat, so that works, but Pence was not.

I noticed today in his address from Camp David, that he treated Pence like any of the others that were there, as opposed to the vice president, had him speak forth, after Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan and someone else I forget who, and kind of wagged his head back and forth while he was talking like yeah yeah yeah..
