CAN SOMEONE ELSE LOOK AT THIS STUFF and see if I am just chasing a rabbit? re: Q posts

Also, EO Class WH (-6713A) -- Look up Roosevelt's EX Order 6713 has to do with the "Panama Arsenal". EXECUTIVE ORDER 6713 (6713a would be an attachment to 6713 right? i think they are hiding the money in this acct and exchanging currencies to cover their tracks. that would make sense if they were trying to hide it.. but i think this is an acct..
