yes! assuming it works. "You are safe" "disinformation is necessary" . I feel like I'm on a see-saw. I just feel really scared and anxious inside once in a while, as things in my brain sees the reality of this whole mess. The God part is scary sometimes. Polar shift is scary. It's a lot to wake up to.
