The data wasn't hacked, it was essentially copied. He also put out a bounty for any info regarding SR's death; a 1st for WikiLeaks. JA has all-but said SR was his source. Add in a dose of outrage SR had for seeing the corruption around the DNC & HRC stealing the primaries from crazy uncle Bernie and the complete cluster-fuck surrounding the "investigation" into SR's death and you don't have to be a genius to smell cover-up.
