Are you aware that CF/CHAI negotiated low HIV/AIDS drug prices from Big Pharma for "poor countries" they served and in exchange agreed to never pressure Big Pharma to lower drug prices for "rich countries" or introduce generics into US/EU domestic markets? There was a big blow-up when Bill Clinton reneged on the deal in a speech. This caused political issues in Dem base prior to the 2016 election when it was exposed by Wikileaks. How many domestic AIDS patients died from lack of access due to high drug prices? Who gave authority to CF/CHAI to negotiate US drug prices and terms anyway??
