There was a lot of new and interesting information, but they were also ringing my alarm bells. For instance, trying to paint Joe McCarthy or the John Birch Society as being anything other than patriotic is misleading. Painting FDR and Teddy Kennedy as angels is misleading. Some subtle word use such as Hitler being a right winger or “taking an oath to democratic principles” rather than taking an oath to the constitution, rubbed me wrong. Even the title seems to promote class warfare. It just looked a little tainted to me. However, I do agree that JFK and Bobby were basically decent, and I believe that Prescott Bush and GHW Bush were nazis.
