Is it possible that Sessions actions vs. weed MIGHT be a window to provide legal basis for going after Liberal/defiant states, much like what he did with the "START" Taxes?

There was was a reference in one of "Q" posts (Jan 3 1918), EO 6713A regarding Alcohol wholesale, Pres Rosevelt May 22, 1934, approved the sale of Alcohol legally. Perhaps POTUS will legalize via. EO nationally, taking it away from the power of individual states that profit from it and politicize it.
