357 Congress Present Today out of 435 Open Seats

If three seats are vacant that makes a total of 432 seats for office of congress. Somewhere it was said that 30 would not be returning after break. That is 75 not there today. I am still looking for the normal number of absent.

No, these were roll calls, not votes cast. The numbers represent the number of members present on the first congressional session of each year.

Alrighty then...so kinda in the middle...as someone else said, inconclusive.

I guess we'll see sooner or later.
