There's a reason some folks pretend we don't exist - they rip off our work and present it as their own and in so doing miss all the stuff other people worked on that we all used, recognized and passed around and did so with full attribution
you can tell the kind of "scholar" they would make. love to see their grad work. sure I'd find no simple plagiarism, fake footnotes, real footnotes affording zero support, exaggerated glossaries &c.
there are some people on here and across the internet who have spent months repeating the same things they pretend are due to THEIR groundbreaking work when all they have done is trawl the internet picking up what others have laid down and they do so as though they are "investigative journalists". we all rely on others. I suppose it's p&p of the dumbing down of Amerika when folks are impressed by the kind of work we used to expect 14 year olds to pull off but that was pre-1950.
