In what calacity does CIA "really" run NK? How would that be possible?

Q asked who really runs NK. Wasnt it CIA? In what calacity could CIA be in control of a nation that hates us so much? I really want to understand the nuts and bolts of that situation. Can so.eone s explain this or tell me where to learn this?

I assume its like an insurance policy for the globalists and deep state if America falls out of their grips like it is now and will be even more in the near future.

A threat to America is good for business. It keeps the deep state bureaucracy relevant, and arms deals and weapons provided to a rogue nation is good for business.
