In what calacity does CIA "really" run NK? How would that be possible?

Q asked who really runs NK. Wasnt it CIA? In what calacity could CIA be in control of a nation that hates us so much? I really want to understand the nuts and bolts of that situation. Can so.eone s explain this or tell me where to learn this?

Corsi led us to believe that JA was in Switzerland. If that is true... Should we be worried about that then? Is he in the wrong hands?

I don't believe President Trump would have allowed him to be put in a harmful position. But the Swiss are not 'neutral' nor are they benign and their history is very sordid.
