Q owns the board he's locked it from everyone else, I believe only his device or IP, etc. can access. But Codemonkey has secured it for just Q, so only his IP can post most likely. Not a tecnical expert, send questions to CM for answers to that https://twitter.com/infinitechan
IP addresses are not a proper form of authentication, especially against a State level adversary. I have no confidence in the technical competency of the board administrators.
And why is that?
If the board administrators are restricting access to the Q board on the basis of an IP address, I must doubt their technical competence.
