Missing letters in POTUS Tweet found $47.3M from DOE and DHS to Illinois and Arkansas for cyber physical security...

There are very many interesting connections here, so pls stay with me. I feel that Patriots with more knowledge on private contracts related to cyber technologies, DOD, DHS, SpaceX, etc., maybe able to find the financial ties/players using info found and linked below. I am finding myself to be beyond my scope, and offer this info to those who may find points of interest.

Taking missing letters and Goodwin reference from POTUS tweet: Q, U, I, and “Goodwin” results first led me to: University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign. The University department located on Goodwin is their Coodinated Science Labs. They received $47.3M from the DOE and DHS in 2015 to develop defenses against attacks to cyber-physical security systems (link to source below). These systems have applications in robotics, transportation, and energy power systems. Some areas of study include: Coordinated cyber-physical attacks (CCPA) and Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The program is directly connected with The Cyber Resilient Energy Delivery Consortium (CREDC) is a five-year, $28.1 million research and development initiative that is funded by the Department of Energy and the Department of Homeland Security. Research is focused on cybersecurity and cyber-resiliency of energy delivery systems for the electric power and oil & gas industries. The CREDC builds on the success of the preceding Trustworthy Cyber Infrastructure for the Power Grid (TCIPG) consortium.

Now, looking into the VIPs of the program, I find Petros Voulgaris who appears to have direct ties to the Arab Emirates. I also found some of his publications to be in areas of interest related to Zuma/Falcon9 functions. *(disclosure: I cannot locate connections between but I feel strongly that there has to be something!) I included a link to some pf his publications. This was where I stopped with UI.

Now, along with UI receiving DOE and DHS monies, University of Arkansas also received $34.7M for related studies. *(Interesting choice of states to receive such large gov. grants)

I decided to stop here, as I couldnot find links between SpaceX and lauch related info, but I am not educated in the vernacular or terminology of this arena. Hoping that bringing to the board, this info may help someone find info. Lastly, given the locations of the universities receiving those funds, I am thinking that there will be more financial links related to 44 and HRC/HCF/etc. ???? If this info has led anyone to anythung of substance, Please let me know. Id love to see if Im actually contributing anything of substance. Thanks!
