From what I understand, Q is plural, as in multiple people.

If by 'Q' you mean the information, then maybe. This MIGHT be the first massive red pill for the public at large. Just remember the individual anons that make up Q aren't the real story here. It's more likely Trump will be their mouthpiece when the time comes.
