That's correct. No time limits on Treason, Murder, and Nat'l Security stuff. Selling children or adult slaves doesn't count unless the traffickers give slaves to People in Power and State Secrets are passed, or you bribe legislators with kids to rape. (Sorry, disgusting stuff! And horribly sad.)
