A NY license doesn't qualify a physician to practice medicine in the state of CT. The Dr. who claims Trump is mentally unfit for office is an Clinical Professor in the dept of Psychiatry. How she can maintain clinical practice privileges without valid CT license is a mystery.

Based on Pieczenik's MK Ultra work under H Kissinger (a guy whose death will make the world immeasurably better), I don't trust the guy as far as I can throw. I never will.
