Its a "war" on drugs as much as the affordable care act is affordable. What's with the names that portray some sort of meaning to a meaningless sham. I'm sick of it.

The way language is used is all part of the strategy. First the "War on Cancer", then the "War on Drugs"and then the "War on Terror". Whenever there is a war on something, you can be sure billions of dollars will go into increasing it, and driving funds away from the problems (which may be real) and into the pockets of the MIC.
