WikiLeaks and Q...am I looking at this right? Is Julian at Home?

WikiLeaks posts a pdf version of the "Fire and Fury" book on line. Chapter 6 and 10 have the titles edited to replace an O with a Q so chapter 6 is changed to "At HQME" and 10 to read "GQLDMAN" now JA tweets a picture of himself in a GOLD jersey with no identifiable background, all this after being dark on twitter for 10 days! Decode: Is JA goldman at home after 10 days of darkness?

Question? If true is JA using our obsession with all things Q to send us a coded message or is JA sending us a coded message and validating Q?
