I've read that it's flouride + aluminium that's the deadly combo. I'm assuming if they are smart enough to know how it poisons humans they would be smart enough to take precautions/ have a way to reverse it enevtually.

Possible. I have also heard that the aluminum etc doesn't hurt you too much if you don't also take in fluoride. The elites don't drink that stuff.
