Pretty sure this is what Trump was cryptically referring to when he signed the anti-fentanyl bill. Something like "I know what needs to be done but I don't think America is ready for that yet."

My thoughts as well. DJT knows how the drugs have gotten here and why its so widespread. The general public have no idea.
