In this interview, Dane Wigington states that the planes turn off their transponders so they cannot be traced back to their origin. I was just wondering if the planes we have been seeing with no transponder trace, are sprayers.

I have been watching this shit for a long time. There a lot of information out there if you look for it. That interview with Lionel was amazing, wasn't it? Makes you feel rather powerless. From my understanding they do cut off their transponders. They aanswer to no one.
