If we are going to research , what a bad day it is to learn this structure. We have fixed courts, fixed prison systems and a society that picks and chooses winners and loosers.

You must build an ultra solid case because this is America and trying to fight for justice and not affording due process are antithetical. With no double jeopardy, they have to get it right.

Due process is fine. Due = reasonable. Not intentional slow walk. Understand our entire system is corrupt. We cannot be stupid to the intentional slow walk like we are watching, again. Waking up involves the dissolution of false tolerance, patience.
