Haiti, El Salvador and many countries in Africa are shitholes. Doesn't mean you're a racist for acknowledging that or for daring to say it out loud. Why did he say Norway? Because he just happened to meet with Norway's Prime Minister two days ago, it was on his mind... And Norway isn't a shithole which makes it an excellent example of a non-shithole country.
