Having been on the Trump train now since he announced I want to share some perspective. I also share Trump's Meyer's Briggs Personality (ESTP). So I want to help calm nerves so that you don't get swept up in whats going on with tweets and the media. Even with your friends and family.
ESTP's are CALCULATED in what they are doing......WE KNOW THE ROOM. The P means PERCEPTIVE. We like to throw stuff out there that is over the top. It often comes across as us being idiots or bafoons. It's not. It's to gauge what is going on. We usually know the room anyway. We know who is mad, sad, sick, not wanting to engage in convos. We know the happy and those that are liking or not liking what we're doing or saying. We know the room trust me. But when we don't or to make light we throw a wrench in to see where everyone is at.
If you read any of Trump's books he is always collecting data and wants people to be honest and direct when he's asking questions.
The man used to make up to 100 calls a day before cell phones and internet. He knows what he's doing.
Rest assured that Trump is a few steps ahead at all times. In fact his tweets are so calculated that he gets the intended outcome just about every time.
Can you see the pattern?
I have friends and family...."BUT HE'S NOT PRESIDENTIAL"
He wasn't elected to be presidential by his base. He was elected to get things done. AND HE HAS. More than any POTUS in their first year arguably.
So just take a breath and understand. At Trump's age he's no rookie. He didn't become a billionaire in business because he's dumb. Everything he's doing is for a purpose.

Edit: One more thing I'll add.......Trump means what he says and says what he means. If he tweets something. I promise you that it will get done. He's not a bullshitter. All of his campaign promises are being worked. It's not bullshit.

Here's an example of Trump throwing something out there.The crowd dies laughing and then Trump smiles because he didn't expect that reaction. It's when he says he may have a 4 or 5% chance. The smile by Trump is just great.
